General Terms & Conditions

TV66 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online sports betting service designed specifically for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between TV66 and its users.

To use TV66's services, you must:

  • Must be a legal resident of Bangladesh
  • Must be in good mental and financial health
  • Must be located in a region where betting is not prohibited
  • Must not be a current or former TV66 employee, or a family member of one

TV66 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Betting is a form of entertainment. Do not rely on it as a primary source of financial income. TV66 believes in responsible betting and always encourages you to bet within your means.

Account Registration

Registering an account on TV66 requires accurate and complete information. Opening an account with incorrect or false details is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions, and TV66 reserves the right to close such accounts.

Each user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be immediately closed and any deposited balance may be forfeited.

  • The mobile number provided at registration must be verified
  • Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility
  • Sharing account details with any third party is strictly prohibited
  • Withdrawals may be restricted until the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is complete
  • TV66 may request additional identity verification at any time
As part of the KYC process, TV66 may request a copy of your National ID or passport. This information is stored securely and is never shared with third parties.

The following rules apply to all withdrawals:

  • Rollover requirements must be met before any withdrawal from bonus balance
Never send deposits from a third-party account. TV66 only accepts funds sent from the registered account holder's own mobile banking number.

Betting Rules

All bets on TV66 are governed by the following rules. Please confirm the odds and terms before placing a bet, as confirmed bets generally cannot be cancelled.

Valid Bet Terms:

  • If odds change at the time a bet is confirmed, TV66 may apply the updated odds
  • TV66 reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a system error
  • For in-play (live) bets, a bet is not valid until confirmed — disconnection before confirmation renders it void
  • Pre-match bets cancelled before the match begins will be fully refunded
  • TV66 sets the maximum bet limit per user for any given event

Reasons for bet cancellation:

  • If an event is cancelled before its scheduled time
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
  • If match-fixing or abnormal betting patterns are detected
  • In the event of a venue change or rule change (in specific cases)

Bonuses & Promotions

TV66 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

General Bonus Terms:

  • Each bonus offer can only be used once (per person, household, IP address, and device)
  • A specified rollover requirement must be met before bonus withdrawal (typically 5–15x the deposit + bonus amount)
  • A specific time limit applies to meet rollover requirements (typically 7–30 days)
  • Some bonuses may only apply to specific games or markets
  • TV66 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
  • If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TV66 and will result in immediate account suspension:

  • Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of an event's outcome
  • Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to guarantee profit by using multiple accounts or platforms
  • Bonus Abuse: Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts or false information
  • Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illicit funds
  • Hacking: Exploiting unauthorized access or identified vulnerabilities in the platform's system
  • Using Another Person's Account: Placing bets on another person's account or allowing others to bet on yours
  • Threats & Harassment: Abusive or threatening behaviour towards TV66 staff or other users

TV66 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities upon detecting any of the above activities.

Account Suspension & Closure

TV66 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

  • If any part of these Terms and Conditions is violated
  • If an account is opened using false or fabricated information
  • If suspicious activity is detected on an account
  • If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found
  • If KYC verification fails or required information is not provided

Users may request account closure at any time. Before the account is closed, all valid balances may be withdrawn; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

Responsible Betting

TV66's total liability shall in no event exceed the value of the transaction in question.

Dispute Resolution

For disputes over bet outcomes, TV66's server logs and the official results from the relevant sports authority will be considered final. TV66's decision is final and binding in all dispute resolutions.

TV66 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify registered users via email or SMS.

  • Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms
